Cookie Policy
Every cookie this site and the application use, why, and for how long. Analytics and advertising only load after you accept them.
1. What this covers
Cookies and similar browser storage set by getprintsol.com, the PrintSol application, and the services we load on it. Codiro BV, Netherlands, is responsible for them. Questions: privacy@getprintsol.com.
2. Necessary (always on)
These make the site and the application work and keep them secure. They need no consent.
- printsol_session: keeps you signed in. Until you close the browser, or 2 hours of inactivity.
- XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Same lifetime as the session.
- remember_web_…: only if you tick "remember me" when signing in. Up to 400 days.
- printsol-consent: remembers your cookie choice. 180 days.
- Cloudflare Turnstile on the sign-in and sign-up forms: tells people from bots; it sets no tracking cookie.
- Stripe: when you subscribe you go to Stripe's own checkout page, where Stripe sets cookies to prevent payment fraud under its own policy.
3. Preferences (always on, stays in your browser)
- printsol-theme: light or dark. Stored in your browser, never sent to us.
- Collapsed panels, filters and similar view choices: stored in your browser only.
4. Analytics and advertising (only with your consent)
Only on the public website, and only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. They tell us which pages help and which of our ads work. If you choose "Only necessary", none of these load.
- Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_…): visits and pages, IP addresses anonymised. Up to 2 years.
- Google Ads (_gcl_au and conversion cookies): whether a visit from an ad led to a sign-up or subscription. Up to 90 days.
- Meta Pixel (_fbp): the same for ads on Facebook and Instagram. Up to 90 days.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (li_…, bcookie and similar): the same for ads on LinkedIn. Up to 1 year.
These providers may process data outside the EU under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. Changing your mind
Click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page of the website to choose again. You can also delete cookies in your browser at any time.
