Invite your team and set roles
Send an invite, what each role can change, and how plan seats are counted.

Settings → Team → Invite someone. Enter the email address and pick a role, then press Send invite. PrintSol e-mails the link and also shows it to you, so you can pass it on yourself if the e-mail does not arrive.
The invite
- It works once and expires after seven days.
- It is tied to that email address: the person signs in with, or creates, an account for exactly that address.
- Inviting the same address again replaces the old invite.
- Pending invites can be revoked from the Pending invites card.
Roles
- Owner: everything, including changing roles, removing members, exporting data and deleting the organisation. There is always at least one owner.
- Manager: changes settings, channels, invites, API keys, shipping labels, billing and bridges.
- Operator, Packer and Viewer: can view settings but not change them.
For now the roles mainly decide who can change settings, billing, invites and bridges. Separate limits for operators, packers and viewers in the rest of the app, such as hiding costs and margins, are not in place yet, so only invite people you are happy to show your numbers to.
Seats
Members and pending invites both count towards your plan's seats. The Free plan has one seat, which the owner uses, so inviting someone needs a paid plan. See Billing for the seats on each plan.
