Marketplace orders and fees
Orders from bol.com, Etsy or Amazon that come in through your shop can carry that marketplace's own fees.
Many shops receive marketplace orders through their WooCommerce store. PrintSol reads where each order came from: bol.com, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Marktplaats, Kaufland, Zalando, TikTok Shop and others, or simply webshop, manual, API or point of sale.
Fees per source
Settings → Channels → "Where your orders come from" lists every source seen so far. For each, set:
- Commission % and a fixed amount per order,
- Payment fee % and a fixed amount.
An order through a marketplace then uses these fees instead of the shop's own. Leave a source at 0 % and the shop's fees apply. The fees appear on the order's money section and in Statistics → Margin by channel.
Filtering
On Orders, the marketplace filter shows only orders from one source.
The shop's own fees
Every order without fees of its own source uses the fees of the shop it came through. Set those with Edit on the shop's row under Settings → Channels: commission %, fixed fee per order, payment fee % and payment fee fixed. All of these feed the true cost and the margin of every order.
